Surety has been doing title work in the state of Oklahoma for 34 years. Surety Title originated in Enid, Oklahoma in 1976, servicing primarily the Northwestern portion of the state. As the banks and financial institutions began to expand their customer base with branch banking and internet applications, it became apparent to Surety that there was a definite need to provide state wide service.

Beginning in the late eighties, Surety put together a research team based out of three strategic locations, Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Enid making it possible to provide service for title work in all seventy-seven counties in Oklahoma with a forty-eight hour turn-around time.
